ERWIN OLAF
Erwin Olaf is set to release his next book, a compilation of his recently completed trilogy in the Spring of 2008. Published by Aperture, the book will feature the photographs and video-stills from RAIN, HOPE and GRIEF, his recent trilogy of works. In 2007 Olaf exhibited work in Prague, Antwerp, Frankfurt, Delft and New York City. In 2006 he was elected "Photographer of the Year" by International Color Awards, and in 2003 Erwin was awarded the "Grote Paul" Award for the Most Famous Dutch Photographer, as well as other awards from Photo District News and The Association of Photographers, London.
PAOLO VENTURA
Paolo Ventura is completing his most recent series of photographs for his upcoming exhibition at HASTED HUNT entitled "Winter Stories," which will run from February 28th through April 12th, 2008. A corresponding book will be published by Aperture in the Fall of 2008. Ventura has exhibited work in both Rome (Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna) and Lille, France at Maison de la Photograph du Nord-Pas-de Calais this year, along with being featured at Photo London and Paris Photo.
ANDREAS GEFELLER
Andreas Gefeller has recently been nominated for the ING Real Photography Award, a biannual prize featuring prominent contemporary photographers, juried by an international panel of specialists from the fields of Modern Art, Architecture and Photography. Gefeller recently exhibited work in the group project "Made in Germany," spreading over three art venues in Hannover, Germany. The Kestnergesellschaft, Kunstverein Hannover and Sprengel Museum Hannover presented the review exhibition featuring over 52 artists that live and work in Germany. Despite the title's national boundary, the show illustrates the international exchanges that occur on the economic, intellectual, institutional and aesthetic levels. Additionally he has been featured in Surface Magazine as well as a multipage spreads in the Germany and New York based Sleek Magazine and the Canada based Azure magazine.
MARTIN SCHOELLER
HASTED HUNT will debut “New Work” in 2008 by Martin Schoeller from January 8th - February 23rd, highlighting some of his black and white works as well as his portraits of the Brazilian Pirahã Tribe. In July 2006, two photographs from Martin Schoeller's series "Close Up” were acquired and exhibited by the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. His portraits of both Lance Armstrong and Andre Agassi will hang next to other images of Americans prominent in arts, sports and entertainment in the last quarter century.
LYNNE COHEN
HASTED HUNT is currently exhibiting Lynne Cohen's series, "Camouflage." Prior to this exhibition, Cohen has displayed work in Germany, Spain, Canada and Greece. Her work was included in "A Place Without a Place" at the Thessaloniki Museum of Photography, Greece, along side the work of Lucinda Devlin. This group of images describes places devoid of humanity and where human life ends, enriched by the writings of Michel Foucault. "Mil Palabras" at Bach Quatre Art Contemporani, Barcelona is a larger group exhibition also featuring the work of Carlos Pérez Siquier and other Latin artists. Cohen's work was exhibited in Biennale de Montreal 2007, Place du Parc, Montreal, which closed in early July 2007.
VII AGENCY
The photographers from the VII Agency have recently exhibited in many solo shows internationally as well as been awarded many Prizes and Awards for their consistently innovative vision and the provocative content of their works. Eugene Richards has been Awarded the “Best Magazine/ Editorial Photography Award” in the 2007 PDN Annual Photography Awards, the "Achievement in Documentary Photography" in the 2007 Lucie Awards, and has also been awarded the National Geographic Annual Grant for Photography. Christopher Morris’s book: My America (published by Steidl) won the "Best Photo Book Award" from the 2007 PDN Annual Photography Awards. Morris was also honored with the 2007 ICP Infinity Award for Photojournalism. Lauren Greenfield opens an exhibit Girls on the Verge: Portraits of Adolescence December 8th, 2008 at the Art Institute of Chicago. Additionally, she has been awarded in the 2007 Hugo Television Awards in the Social/Political category for her 2006 film Thin.

JEAN PAUL GOUDE
Jean-Paul Goude most recently directed the television commercial and photographed the print-ad for Sarah Jessica Parker's new fragrance
Covet. The commercial continues in the video style, quite tangent to his photographic style, established by the first television advertisement he directed for Hitachi in 2006. Goude also photographed a fashion spread for the September 2006 Style issue of the New York Times Magazine. He continues to create print work for such clients as Gallerie Lafayette, Paris, and Chanel. He is the photographer responsible for the new camgaign direction of both Chanel No.5 and Chance Chanel.
LUIS MALLO
Four of LUIS MALLO's recent large-scale photographs from "In Camera" have been included in El Museo del Barrio's Fifth Biennial in New York. The exhibition, entitled "The (S) Files" began Wednesday, July 25, 2007 and will run through Sunday, January 6, 2008.
DAVID GRAHAM
DAVID GRAHAM's work will be one of eleven artists featured in an exhibition entitled "The Power and Variety of Landscapes," at the Brother Kenneth Chapman Gallery of Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. The exhibition opens on September 10th and runs through October 11, 2007.
